Shipping

Arconas Corporation, for products purchased through its website bouloum.com offers free shipping whenever possible to all major urban centres in Canada and the Continental United States. Freight charges will apply for shipments to rural and remote areas in Canada. Arconas will attempt to ship all merchandise within 4-6 weeks of purchase unless otherwise stated. Shipping times will vary depending on final customer destination. Arconas will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We do not ship to post office boxes.

Arconas uses Fedex and UPS for orders shipped within North America.

Shipping to the United States

Customers ordering from the United States are required to supply their SSN for US customs compliance requirement. Your number will not be kept on file or in our system.

International Orders

Returns

Merchandise purchased online through boulom.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) which must be obtained by calling +1 (800) 387-9496 or by email at info@arconas.com. Returns should be properly packed, identified with RA number, and sent at the customer's expense, to Arconas Corporation, 5700 Keaton Crescent, Mississauga, Ontario – L5R 3H5 Canada. Actual cost of shipping item to client will not be credited or refunded. Claims for defective or damaged products must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your items thoroughly immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Order cancellation

Products sold through bouloum.com are made to order and production begins shortly after the order is placed online. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
